Events

The Gang will have one major show each year bringing in
 professional steelers throughout the country mixed in
with local Gang members.

We will have several regional/local Jams throughout the year.
 These Jams will consist of local/statewide steelers.
 The next regional Jam will be held in Prattville, AL.
 Date and place TBA.

Just a reminder for our Alabama Gang of the monthly - Sunday 12 at the Masonic Lodge on Hwy 31 in Gardendale, AL -- 1:00 PM til 6:00 PM +

Steel Guitar Show:
The Alabama Steel Guitar Association will host its
3rd Annual Steel Guitar Show on April 19. 2008.
Show will be in Prattville, AL at the Holiday Inn,
Prattville 2598 Cobbs Ford Road, Prattville, AL, 36066
The Inn is directly off I-65. at Exit #179
Show will start at 10.00 and run until 6.00.

Hall of Fame and other awards will be awarded at 2.00.

Headliners See Below

Back up band will be Woody Ledford
and Johnny Thomas on Guitars
Wayne Smith on Bass and Jim Hartley
on drums, if we can find him.


There will be a break from 6.00 to 8.00 for Dinner.
8.00 we will have Dance/Concert
 with invited singers to sing with
a Professional Band Backing them
Along with Band we will have 3 Steel Guitarist included.
Dance/concert will end around Midnight.

Admission will be $15.00 for Show and suggested
donation of $5.00 for Dance/Concert.
